Rabbi Zidni Ilma(O my Lord, Increase me in Knowledge) 🤲

A’oodhu-Billahi-Minashaitanir-Rajeem

Bismillah-ir-Rahman-ir-Raheem

Hadith:- Narrated Kathir ibn Qays: I was sitting with AbudDarda’ in the mosque of Damascus.

A man came to him and said: AbudDarda(may Allah have mercy on them), I have come to you from the town of the Messenger of Allah(sallallahu alaihi wasallam) for a tradition that I have heard you relate from the Messenger of Allahﷺ. I have come for no other purpose.

He said: I heard the Messenger of Allahﷺ say:

🔹If anyone travels on a road in search of knowledge, Allah will cause him to travel on one of the roads of Paradise.

🔹The angels will lower their wings in their great pleasure with one who seeks knowledge.

🔹The inhabitants of the heavens and the Earth and the fish in the deep waters will ask forgiveness for the learned man.

🔹The superiority of the learned man over the devout is like that of the moon, on the night when it is full, over the rest of the stars.

🔹The learned are the heirs of the Prophets, and the Prophets leave neither dinar nor dirham, leaving only knowledge, and he who takes it takes an abundant portion.

📚 Sunan Abi Dawud 3641, Grade:Sahih(Al-Albani).

Only Allāh subḥānahu wa ta’āla knows the best…

🤲 Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘ilman naafi’an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan.

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً

(O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.)

🤲 Allahumman’fa’nee bi-maa ‘allamtanee wa ‘allim’nee maa yanfa’u’nee war’zuqnee ‘ilman tanfa’u’nee bih.

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي ، وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي عِلْمًا تَنْفَعُنِي بِهِ

(O Allah benefit me with what You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and grant me knowledge which will benefit me.)

🤲 Allahumma anta Rabbi laa ilaaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana `Abduka, wa anaa `ala `ahdika wa wa`dika mastata`tu, A`oodhu bika min Sharri ma sana`tu, abu’u Laka bini`matika `alaiya, wa abu’u laka bidhanbi faghfir lee fa innahu laa yaghfiru adhdhunuba illaa anta.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي، فَاغْفِرْ لِي، فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ

(O Allah! You are my Rubb. There is no true god except You. You have created me, and I am Your slave, and I hold to Your Covenant as far as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge the favours that You have bestowed upon me, and I confess my sins. Pardon me, for none but You has the power to pardon).”
