“سَتَغْلِبُكَ الْأَيَّامُ إِنْ كُنْتَ وَاهِنًا
وَإِنْ كُنْتَ صَبَّارًا فَذُو الصَّبْرِ أَغْلَبُ”

“Days will overcome you if you are weak. And if you are patient, then those who are patient shall triumph.”

Ibn Rajab said:

Some of the righteous had a paper in their pocket that they would open every hour and look at it. In it, it’s written;

وَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعۡیُنِنَاۖ

So wait patiently for the Decision of your Lord indeed you are under our Eyes (protection and care)
