⏳🤲 Between The Adhan And The Iqamah
🔹 Narrated Anas bin Malik(radhiyallahu anhu): Allah’s Messengerﷺ said: “The supplication made between the Adhan and Iqamah is not rejected.”
📚Jami`at-Tirmidhi 212, Sunan Abi Dawud 521, Grade:Sahih; also recorded in Saheeh al-Jaami’, 2408.
⏳🤲 In Sujood
🔹 Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: “The nearest a servant comes to his Lord is when he is prostrating himself, so make supplication (in this state).”

⏳🤲 After Tashahhud
🔹 Narrated Some Companions of the Prophetﷺ: AbuSalih(radhiyallahu anhu) reported on the authority of some Companions of the Prophetﷺ: The Prophetﷺ said to a person: “what do you say in prayer?”
He replied: “I first recite tashahhud (supplication recited in sitting position), and then I say:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ
[Allahumma inni as’alukal Jannata wa audhubika Minannar(O Allah, I ask Thee for Paradise, and I seek refuge in Thee from Hell-Fire)], but I do not understand your sound and the sound of Mu’adh (what you say or he says in prayer)”. The Prophetﷺ said: “We too go around it(paradise and Hell-fire).”
📚 Sunan Abi Dawud 792, Grade:Sahih
🔹 Abdullah(radhiyallahu anhu) narrates: I was once praying, and the Prophetﷺ, Abu Bakr and Umar were all present. When I sat down in the final tashahhud, I praised Allah, then sent salams on the Prophetﷺ, then started praying for myself. At this, the Prophetﷺ said: ‘Ask, and you shall be given it! Ask, and you shall be given it!’

⏳🤲 Saying Aameen during Prayer
🔹 Narrated Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu): The Prophetﷺ said, “Say Aameen” when the Imam says it and if the Aameen of any one of you coincides with that of the angels then all his past sins will be forgiven.” Ibn Shihab said, “Allah’s Apostleﷺ used to Say “Aameen.”

⏳🤲 At a certain time on Friday
🔹 Narrated Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu): Allah’s Messengerﷺ talked about Friday and said, “There is an hour(opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand.” And he (the Prophetﷺ) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands.

⏳🤲 In The Last Third Of The Night/At A Certain Time Of Night
🔹 Narrated Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu): Allah’s Messengerﷺ said, “Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying: “Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?”

🔹 Jabir(radhiyallahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, “Verily, there is an hour of the night in which a Muslim man does not ask for good in the affairs of the world and the Hereafter but that he is given it, and that is for every night.”

⏳🤲 When One Gets Up At Night
🔹 Narrated ‘Ubada bin As-Samit(radhiyallahu anhu): The Prophetﷺ said, “Whoever gets up at night and says:
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ، وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ، وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ. الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَلاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ. ثُمَّ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي
[Laa ilaaha illallah Wahdahu laa Sharika lahu Lahul mulk, waLahu-l-hamd wahuwa ‘alaa kulli shai’in Qadeer. Alhamdulil’lahi wa subhanallahi wa laa ilaaha illallah wallahu Akbar wa laa hawla wa laa Quwata illa billah(None has the right to be worshipped but Allah. He is the Only One and has no partners . For Him is the Kingdom and all the praises are due for Him. He is Omnipotent. All the praises are for Allah. All the glories are for Allah. And none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, And Allah is Great And there is neither Might nor Power Except with Allah). And then says: — Allahumma, Ighfir li (O Allah! Forgive me)]. Or invokes (Allah), he will be responded to and if he performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be accepted.”

⏳🤲 Du’aa Of A Righteous Person For His Parents
🔹 Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu) reported: Allah’s Messengerﷺ as saying: “When a man dies, his acts come to an end, but three, recurring charity, or knowledge (by which people) benefit, or a pious son(child), who prays for him (for the deceased).”
📚 Sahih Muslim 1631, Grade:Sahih
⏳🤲 Du’aa of a Father (for & against his child), the Oppressed, the Traveler, A Fasting Person and A Just Ruler/Leader
🔹 Narrated Ibn ‘Abbas(radhiyallahu anhu): The Prophetﷺ sent Mu’adh(may Allah have mercy on him) to Yemen and said, “Be afraid, from the curse of the oppressed as there is no screen between his invocation and Allah.”
📚 Sahih al-Bukhari 2448, Grade:Sahih
🔹 Narrated Abu Hurairah(radhiyallahu anhu): The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: “There are three supplications that will undoubtedly be answered: the supplication of one who has been wronged; the supplication of the traveler; and the supplication of a father for his child.”
📚 Sunan Ibn Majah 3862, Grade:Hasan
🔹 Narrated Abu Hurairah(radhiyallahu anhu): The Messenger of Allahﷺ said:
“Three supplications are accepted, there is no doubt in them (about them being accepted): The supplication of the oppressed, the supplication of the traveler, and the supplication of his father against his son.”
📚 Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1905, Grade:Hasan
🔹 Narrated Abu Hurairah(radhiyallahu anhu): The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: “There are three whose supplication is not rejected: The fasting person when he breaks his fast, the just leader, and the supplication of the oppressed person; Allah raises it up above the clouds and opens the gates of heaven to it. And the Lord says: ‘By My might, I shall surely aid you, even if it should be after a while.’”
📚 Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3598, Grade:Hasan
⏳🤲 When It Is Raining, when the call for the prescribed prayers is given and when the ranks are drawn up for battle
🔹 Narrated Sahl ibn Sa’d(radhiyallahu anhu): The Prophetﷺ said: “Two (prayers) are not rejected, or seldom rejected: Prayer at the time of the call to prayer, and (the prayer) at the time of fighting, when the people grapple with each other”.
Musa said: Rizq ibn Sa’id ibn AbdurRahman reported from AbuHazim on the authority of Sahl ibn Sa’d(may Allah have mercy on them) from the Prophetﷺ as saying: “And while it is raining.”

⏳🤲 Du’aa Made for Others
🔹 Abu Darda(radhiyallahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, “No Muslim servant supplicates for his brother behind his back but that the angel says: And for you the same.”

⏳🤲 Du’aa Made For One Who Is Sick Or Dying
🔹 Narrated Umm Salamah(radhiyallahu anha): The Messenger of Allahﷺ said: ‘When you visit one who is sick or dying, say good things, for the angels say: Aameen to whatever you say.”
📚 Sunan Ibn Majah 1447, Grade:Sahih
⏳🤲 After Saying the du’aa of Prophet Yunus(alayhi salam)
🔹 Ibrahim bin Muhammad bin Sad(radhiyallahu anhu) narrated from his father, from Sa
d that the Messenger of Allahﷺ said: “The supplication of Dhun-Nun (Prophet Yunus alayhi salam) when he supplicated, while in the belly of the whale was:
لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
[Lā ilāha illā anta subḥānaka innī kuntu minaẓ-ẓālimīn(There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors.)]
So indeed, no Muslim man supplicates with it for anything, ever, except Allah responds to him.”

⏳🤲 When The Sun Has Reached Its Zenith
🔹 Abdullah bin As-Sa’ib(radhiyallahu anhu) narrated: Allah’s Messengerﷺ would pray four rak’ah after the Zawal of the sun before Ad-Dhuhr. Heﷺ said: ‘It is an hour in which the gates of the heavens are opened, and I love that a righteous deed should be raised up for me in it.'”

⏳🤲 When Hearing The Crowing Of A Rooster
🔹 Abu Huraira(radhiyallahu anhu) reported Allah’s Messengerﷺ as saying, “When you listen to the crowing of the cock, ask Allah for His favour as it sees Angels.”
📚 Sahih Muslim 2729, Grade:Sahih
⏳🤲 When A Calamity Befalls A Muslim
🔹 Umm Salamah(radhiyallahu anha) reported: The Messenger of Allahﷺ said, “No Muslim is afflicted with a calamity but that he should say what Allah has commanded him:
إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ اللَّهُمَّ أْجُرْنِي فِي مُصِيبَتِي وَأَخْلِفْ لِي خَيْرًا مِنْهَا
[Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. Allahumma-jurni fi musibati, wa akhlif li khairan minha(Indeed, to Allah we belong and to Allah we will return(The Qur’an 2:156) O Allah, reward me in my affliction and replace it with something better than it.)]
If he does so, Allah will replace it with something better.”

⏳🤲 When Asking Allah by His Greatest Names
🔹 Abdullah bin Buraidah Al Aslami(radhiyallahu anhu) narrated from his father, who said: “The Prophetﷺ heard a man supplicating, and he was saying:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ
[Allāhumma innī as’aluka bi annī ashhadu annaka antallāh, lā ilāha illā ant, al-aḥaduṣ-ṣamad, alladhī lam yalid wa lam yūlad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan aḥad(O Allah, indeed, I ask you by my testifying that You are Allah, there is none worthy of worship except You, the One, As-Samad, the one who does not beget, nor was begotten, and there is none who is like Him.)]”
He said: “So he said: ‘By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he has asked Allah by His Greatest Name, the one which if He is called upon by it, He responds, and when He is asked by it, He gives.’”

⏳🤲 When drinking Zamzam water
🔹 Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah(radhiyallahu anhu): I heard the Messenger of Allahﷺ say: “The water of Zamzam is for whatever it is drunk for.”
📚 Sunan Ibn Majah 3062, Grade:Hasan; Saheeh al-Jaami’ 5502, Grade:Sahih
⏳🤲 Laylat-ul-Qadr ~ the Night of Decree(In Last 10 days of Ramadan)
🔹 Aishah(radhiyallahu anha) reported: I asked: “O Messenger of Allahﷺ, “If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr(Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?” Heﷺ replied, “You should supplicate:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
[Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni(O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).]”
📚 Riyad as-Salihin 1195, Sunan Ibn Majah 3850, Grade:Sahih; also reported in Ahmad and Tirmidhi
⏳🤲 On the Day of Arafat
🔹 A’isha(radhiyallahu anha) reported Messenger of Allahﷺ as saying: There is no day in which Allah sets free more servants from Hell than the Day of ‘Arafah. He draws near, then praises them to the angels, saying: What do these want?
📚 Sahih Muslim 1348, Grade:Sahih
